Injured Riders Fund
This year the fund has been incorporated and is currently seeking endorsement as a charity. The intention is for the "Guy Wallace Fund" to remain as an ongoing "Injured Riders Fund" to be distributed to other riders who regrettably find themselves in Guy's situation in the future. To ensure that this can occur a portion of the funds raised this year will not actually go to Guy but will remain in the Fund for future distribution. Futher fund-raising activities will continue to add to this fund on an ongoing basis. From January 2006, application can be made to the committee for consideration of receipt of funds. There are detailed guidelines for the administration of the funds but in essence any member of the Equestrian Federation of Australia (EFA) or of the Pony Club Association of Australia is eligible. A set of guide lines for administration of the funds is available.
